Alexis Wendl is an associate attorney at VIP Law. Her practice focuses on personal injury in federal and state courts. After experiencing a personal injury of her own, she is now passionate about helping her clients through difficult times.
She graduated from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law, where she was the executive editor on the Nevada Law Journal (Law Review). She also competed nationally on behalf of the Society of Advocates Moot Court team during her time at Boyd School of Law. Alexis graduated from law school with high honors, including a dean’s award and three coveted CALI awards for the highest grade in those courses.
Alexis spent the summer of 2017 as an extern for the Honorable Adriana Escobar of the Eighth District Judicial Court in Nevada. Most recently, during 2019-2020, she clerked for the Honorable Jerome T. Tao at the Nevada Court of Appeals. Alexis is no stranger to the team at VIP Law; she also served as a law clerk during the summer of 2018.
On a personal note, Alexis enjoys taking spin class and doing yoga. She is a big fan of the NHL and spending time in the great outdoors. Alexis also has a Shih Tzu named Payton, whom she laughingly says thinks he is a human.
