Jason Maier is a founding partner of the law firm Maier Gutierrez & Associates and VIP Law. His practice includes the representation of individuals and businesses, with a concentration in the areas of personal injury, business, and commercial litigation.
Prior to establishing the firm, Jason worked as an attorney with Beckley Singleton, one of Nevada’s oldest and most prestigious law firms. It was during this time that he met Joseph as a part of a three-attorney trial team that consistently took cases to trial and won.
Based on a track record of success at Beckley Singleton, the trial team was recruited by the international law firm Greenberg Traurig to establish a litigation practice in the firm’s Las Vegas office. While at Greenberg Traurig, Jason successfully represented clients throughout all phases of civil litigation, including numerous arbitrations and trials.
Early in his career, Jason worked as an attorney in the white-collar litigation practice of Skadden Arps in Washington, D.C., where he represented national and international clients in various investigations by the federal government. Jason began his legal career as a law clerk for United States District Judge James Mahan (District of Nevada).
Since founding Maier Gutierrez & Associates in 2011, Jason has enjoyed having the opportunity to provide individuals, families and small businesses with the personal attention of a small law firm while still offering the diverse, proven legal experience found at large law firms. It was from that experience that Jason and partner Joseph Gutierrez decided to open VIP Law. Client-focused, VIP Law’s concierge service helps guide people through the personal injury process from start to finish with the optimized results in mind.
